About Calc Vault

Calc Vault is a collection of free online calculators for forex and stock traders, crypto investors and sports bettors: position sizing, risk/reward, pip value, margin, hedging, no-vig odds, parlays, expected value, Kelly staking, impermanent loss and more. Every calculator runs in your browser, needs no sign-up and shows the formula it uses.
Who builds it
Calc Vault is an independent project built and maintained by a single developer. It is not owned by, or affiliated with, any broker, exchange or bookmaker. There is no editorial team behind a brand name — the same person writes the formulas, the tests and the explanations, which is why the methodology leans so heavily on published formulas and automated checks instead of personal authority.
Why the tools are free
The goal is simple: the calculators traders and bettors reach for every day should be accurate, fast and free of sign-up walls. The site currently shows no ads and no affiliate offers, and no calculator result is influenced by any commercial partner. If that ever changes — for example a clearly labelled broker or sportsbook link — it will be marked as such on the page and described in the terms.
What Calc Vault is not
The calculators do arithmetic on the numbers you enter; they do not know your finances, your jurisdiction or the market. Nothing on this site is personalised financial, investment, tax or betting advice. Trading and betting carry real risk of loss — each calculator page carries a short risk or responsible-gambling notice for that reason.
How the site works
- No accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no pop-ups or age gates in front of the tools.
- Page views and calculator usage are measured with privacy-friendly product analytics — details in the privacy policy.
- Each calculator shows the date its worked examples were last re-checked and the published sources its formula comes from.
